FREE UAE RETURNS - 14 Days. We want to ensure you are always happy with your TCM products. As such, we offer returns up to 14 days after we receive your items. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of receiving the goods, the refund may take 5-7 days to reach you, depending on your bank's processing times. If your original payment method was cash on delivery, we can offer a store credit for the original amount.

In short: log into your account, select the order and click 'Request Return', pack the items in their original condition, and drop off the package with the prepaid label we email you. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return.
