How to Return
Initiate Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return. Click 'Request Return' and fill out the form.
Pack Your Item
Place the record in its original packaging. Use protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid return label from your email and drop off the package at any carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Damaged in Transit?
If your record arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
